WELCOME HOME, Church Family!!

We gather in our Worship Center each Sunday at 9:00 and 11:15 am for worship. There are two things we are committed to…Getting back to church and doing it as safely as possible.  It looks and feels different!  Different is Okay!

We are offering two Worship Services.  The state has asked us to adhere to guidelines that will make it necessary for us to have two worship services during this time.  Some of those guidelines include:

  • Social distancing…while entering the Worship Center and in the pews.
  • Sitting every other row.
  • A mask required sitting area.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing during and between the two services.

Since we are committed to getting back to Worship, we are committed to doing it in the manner the state has requested.  It will be a challenge.  It will be worth the challenge!

The 9:00 am service feels very much like our traditional worship service.  Because of social distancing, we will not be able to have a full choir loft.  Orchestra, piano, organ, and ensembles will be leading us in worship.

The 11:15 am service worship has more of an acoustic sound with guitar, keyboard, drums, and vocals.

We live stream both services on Facebook Live, as well as, on our website. If you do not feel comfortable joining us in person, please continue to join us online!!

Chris continues to preach in both services, and Tim leads Worship in both services.

Please make every effort possible to maintain social distancing.  For now, no physical contact is allowed…hugs even handshakes aren’t allowed.

Please use your hand sanitizer before entering the building.  We are having trouble purchasing hand sanitizer, so plan to bring your own if possible.

Plan to enter the Worship Center through the foyer entrance.

You will have 3 options for entry.  Options will be clearly marked.

  • Enter Door 1 if you plan to sit on the orchestra side of the Worship Center (masks optional)
  • Enter Door 2 if you plan to sit in the off the center aisle (masks optional)
  • Enter Door 3 if you plan to sit on the baptistery side or if you are planning to wear a mask for the entire service. (mask required and masked optional at this entry)

Once in the Worship Center, please be seated on every other pew.

9:00 service attendees, please sit on pews with a green sticker

11:15 service attendees, please sit on pews with no sticker.

Please practice the 6’ rule even in the pews.  The following is the protocol from the state regarding seating:

“Keep at least two empty seats (or 6’) between parties in any row, except as follows:

Two or more members of the same household can sit adjacent to one another, with two seats (or 6’) empty on either side of them.

Two individuals who are not members of the same household but who are attending together can sit adjacent to one another, with two seats (or 6’) empty on either side.

Water fountains will not be available for use.  You are welcome to bring your own water or other beverage.  We won’t be able to provide coffee.

Restrooms will be available.  Sanitizing products will be available for you to use before and after you use the facilities.  Any service you touch, you will need to wipe down.
