Mission Statement:
We are a faith family striving to be transformed by God’s grace, nurtured in Christ’s love, and sent out in the Spirit’s power to participate in God’s redeeming work around the world.

Transformed...Nurture...Sent.  These three words do a great job of describing the people of Southland Baptist Church.  Whether it’s around the world or across the street, we’re a people on a mission, God’s mission.  A mission he showed us most clearly when he sent his own Son, Jesus Christ, that we might truly live.  Being a people who have and continue to be transformed by God’s grace and nurtured in Christ’s love, we can’t help but feel sent by God to share that good news with others.
